If all the desired slots appear taken (all red icons), please contact the Area Coordinator directly who may be able schedule your request manually.

3. Click on the blue "Submit Request" button.

Upon successfully processing your appointment request, you will be shown an Appointment Confirmation screen and a confirmation email will be send to the above email address for your records. Thank you.
